FAQs

Q I only live a few miles from you, can I collect?

A Yes, you are welcome to collect. Please ensure you make an appointment by emailing or calling us

 

 

Q If I receive delivery of my saddle on a Monday when does it have to be returned by if unsuitable?

A Our 7 day trial period begins on the day that the saddle is delivered to you. If you receive the saddle on Monday the saddle should be returned no later than the following Tuesday (8th day after delivery)

 

Q My saddle is unsuitable- how can I return it to you?

A We advise posting the saddle back to us via the Parcelforce service available at your local post office. Parcelforce 48hr working day booked at the counter is £16.40. Please see the FAQ below if this is not possible

 

Q I don’t have time to go to the post office, can you arrange a collection?

A We can arrange for our courier to collect from you at the cost of £20 which is deducted from the refund amount. Please email us with the subject ‘return postage’ to arrange this. Please note that someone must be available during the day. Collections are Monday- Friday 8.30am- 5pm

 

Q What is the return address?

Q How often do you get new saddles?

A New stock arrives daily. If you are looking for a certain saddle please email us so we can let you know when a suitable saddle comes in
